Alex Zhavoronkov, PhD

Mr. Zhavoronkov has over ten years of experience in information technology, business development, marketing and general management. Prior to founding Mediox Inc., Mr. Zhavoronkov had a successful career at ATI Technologies, as a Business Manager in Toronto, a Regional Manager for Central and Eastern Europe in Germany and as a Sales Director for Eastern Europe. Under his leadership, his territory became the largest region for ATI Technologies in Europe in terms of sales volume. During his work at ATI Technologies and PMC-Sierra, Mr. Zhavoronkov established strong relationships with many leading design and manufacturing companies in Taiwan and China.

Mr. Zhavoronkov holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from Queen’s University, a Master of Science degree from John Hopkins University and a PhD degree from Moscow State University.
